The Zeus International Group, through its subsidiary Seaside East Riviera, was named the highest bidder in the Announcement of an Open International Tender run by the T.E.A. Ε.Α.Π.Α.Ε. (Occupational Insurance Fund - Assistance of Insurers and Staff of Insurance Companies), of the property at 21 Kaningos Street that operated a few years ago as a hotel, undertaking its lease for the next 30 years.

Zeus International, the fastest growing group for the operation and management of hotel units, will immediately launch the complete renovation of the 3,500sqm building, an investment that is expected to exceed 3 million euros. The capacity of the hotel, which will start operating in 2020, amounts to 74 rooms, restaurant & bar and roof garden and will be the fourth hotel of the Group in Athens.
